With the SunLight 3-in-1 charger and the 162W Ective folding module, you can charge your e-bike battery (500 Wh) via Plug & Play at 20% per hour directly from solar energy. Forget range anxiety and charge anywhere as if from a power outlet, even in untouched nature. The intelligent charger works with MPPT tracking at 95% efficiency and monitors charging in real-time for maximum battery life. Additionally, SunLight charges via the 12V cigarette lighter with deep discharge protection and the mains socket. This makes it ideal for camping with autonomous e-bike power via 12V & solar and the integrated USB ports in the folding module. Travel all season long solely with solar energy: folded into a DIN A4 case (11 cm deep, 5.5 kg), the bundle fits into any pannier and can accompany you anywhere, whether to a natural lake, deep in the mountains, to a café or when commuting.

Easy to take anywhere
With its small packed size of 33x23x11 cm, the Explorer Bundle fits into any saddlebag. The small additional weight of ~5 kg leads to negligible additional consumption and is a small price to pay for the gained freedom with the strong charging capacity of 20% per hour.
Unfold & Hang
With the included elastic hook straps, you simply hang the module on your parked e-bike for optimal alignment. Additionally, the battery and charger are protected from sun exposure.
Connect via Plug & Play
Now just connect the solar panel and your e-bike to SunLight, and it will start charging. The LED provides feedback on the charging speed. SunLight actively monitors and controls the entire charging process, reducing charging power towards the end for maximum battery life. It automatically switches off when the battery is full.
Charge Phone & Other Devices
If required, your mobile phone and other devices can be easily charged via the integrated USB ports. Simply plug them in, and the sun's energy will safely flow into your e-bike and mobile phone, no matter where you are!

If the sun hits the solar panel, your e-bike will charge while you ride, but with less output than if the solar panel is perfectly aligned. In addition, the charging port on your e-bike must be in a suitable place so that the cable does not bother you while you ride or block the pedals. Charging while you ride does not damage the battery, as the electricity seeks the easiest path and is fed directly into the motor when there is a load.

Our universal charger was specially developed for e-bike batteries and the individual manufacturers, such as Bosch, Yamaha, etc. are individually integrated after extensive stress tests. This means that the SunLight charger has exactly the same safe charging quality as the original charger and the battery does not lose any capacity like with cheap alternatives. The development of the charger and the integration is supervised by long-standing experts in charging technology from Germany. To guarantee battery-friendly charging, the charge is adjusted depending on the battery voltage and the final voltage of the charger is 41.5V to avoid overcharging. The fluctuating charging power when charging via solar also has no harmful effect, as the charging voltage is kept constant and a lower charging power is even more battery-friendly than, for example, with a 6A charger.
